Origin and Purchase of Our Coffees
Where our varieties come from and what is important to us when purchasing - from cultivation to the bean in Hamburg.
Coffee doesn't taste the same everywhere. Depending on its origin, altitude, and processing, the beans develop very different aromas - from fruity and floral to chocolaty and nutty.
That's why we source our varieties from different growing regions. When purchasing, it's important to us that we know where the coffee comes from and how it was grown and processed.
This is how our assortment is gradually created - and in the end, we have the bean that we roast for you in Hamburg.
